Mission Statement: To provide Cultural Competency training for workplace professionals. Some of the training can include Canadas Indigenous Histories, Indigenous awareness and cultures, rights, laws and horrid legacy of residential schools. LCS inspires everyone to discover the history, culture, and value of the Indigenous people in communities, their regions, their workplaces and across the country.

Our goal following 94 Calls to Action by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada, LCS will provide Cultural competency training for workplace professionals. This Cultural competency training hopes to breakdown barriers for Indigenous people and all participants to gain knowledge, and understandings of some of the history of Indigenous people, legacy of residentials schools, and much more.  LCS goal is to have each participant incorporate the intangible knowledge going forward that will allow for more positive socio-economic impacts. Some of which will include respect, encouragement, acceptance to move forward working together, collaboratively, respectfully alongside Indigenous colleagues, friends, neighbours in the workplace and in our everyday lives.

LCS Cultural Awareness Indigenous Learning NL (CAIL NL) offers lunch and learn sessions, virtual, and Online self-paced. This quality online cultural competency training is aimed toward workplace professionals and not possible without respectfully passing on our lived experiences and knowledge from our Indigenous elders.
